Every listing claims to be the best serviced apartment in Istanbul. Rather than make the same claim, here is a checklist you can use to compare any long-stay option, including ours.
Long-stay checklist
- What does the monthly price include? Utilities, internet, cleaning, linen and towels should be spelled out.
- How often is cleaning done, and are linen changes included?
- Is there a washing machine in the apartment, not just a shared laundry?
- Separate bedroom? After a few weeks, a studio feels small.
- Transport: how long to your office, school or hospital?
- Contact: can you reach the owner or manager quickly if something breaks?
- Flexibility: can you extend or shorten the stay?
How we answer those questions
Our monthly price in Kadıköy includes utilities, internet, cleaning, bed linen and towels. Every apartment has a washing machine and a separate bedroom. We are reachable directly by phone and email, and stays can be extended when the apartment is available. We are close to the ferry pier, Marmaray and the M4 metro.
Our apartments
- Standard Suite, 55 m²: one bedroom, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen. Up to 4 guests.
- Deluxe Suite, 60 m²: king-size bed, newer furniture, open kitchen. Up to 4 guests.
- Superior Suite, 90 m²: two bedrooms, large living room, full kitchen. Up to 6 guests.
Every apartment has a kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, plus a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
