Larger Apartments for Long Stays in Istanbul: What We Can and Cannot Offer

Some guests search for a penthouse or a luxury apartment on an annual lease. We want to be straightforward: we do not have a penthouse, and we are a serviced apartment business rather than a long-term landlord. What we do offer is a spacious two-bedroom apartment and flexible stays of weeks or months in Kadıköy.

Our largest apartment

The Superior Suite is about 90 m², with two bedrooms, a large living room, a full kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It sleeps up to six people and has a modern interior with parquet floors.

Serviced stay versus annual lease

An annual lease is usually cheaper per month if you are sure you will stay a full year and are ready to handle deposits, agency fees, furniture and utility contracts. A serviced apartment costs more per month but includes everything and lets you leave or extend without penalties. Many guests stay with us for a few months while they find the right long-term home.

How to ask

Tell us how long you plan to stay and how many people will live in the apartment. We reply with availability and a monthly price that includes utilities, internet and cleaning.

Our apartments

• Standard Suite, 55 m²: one bedroom, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen. Up to 4 guests.
• Deluxe Suite, 60 m²: king-size bed, newer furniture, open kitchen. Up to 4 guests.
• Superior Suite, 90 m²: two bedrooms, large living room, full kitchen. Up to 6 guests.

Every apartment has a kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, plus a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
