Co-living spaces are popular with remote workers and students, but they mean sharing a kitchen and bathroom with strangers. If you are travelling with a friend, partner or colleague, there is another way to keep costs low: share a private apartment. We do not run a co-living space, but our apartments in Kadıköy are often shared this way.
How sharing works with us
Our prices are per apartment, not per person. Two friends in the two-bedroom Superior Suite each get their own bedroom and split one monthly price. A couple or two close friends can share a one-bedroom suite using the sofa bed. Everyone shares a full kitchen, a washing machine and a living room, without strangers.
Co-living versus a shared apartment
- Co-living: community events and easy social life, but shared facilities and less privacy.
- Shared apartment: you choose who you live with, more space and quiet, and you build your social life in the neighbourhood.
Community in Kadıköy
Kadıköy has plenty of co-working spaces, language exchanges and expat meet-ups, so you can find community without living in a co-living building.
