If you are coming to Istanbul for a few weeks or a few months, renting a regular flat means deposits, agency fees, utility contracts and furniture. A hotel room, on the other hand, gets small quickly. We have been renting serviced apartments in Kadıköy since 2009, and most of our monthly guests are looking for something in between: a real apartment without the paperwork.

What is included in the monthly price

Electricity, water, gas and internet are included, so there are no utility accounts to open or bills to split. Every apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are part of the service. A credit card is only taken as a guarantee; you can pay in cash on arrival.

Our apartments

  • Standard Suite – 55 m²: one bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, open kitchen, renovated bathroom. Up to 4 guests.
  • Deluxe Suite – 60 m²: king-size bed, newer furniture and modern interior. Popular with couples and long-stay business guests.
  • Superior Suite – 90 m²: two separate bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. Up to 6 guests, good for families or two colleagues.

Who stays with us for a month or longer

Our monthly guests are usually professionals on a project, people relocating to Istanbul who need a base while they look for a flat, students and trainees, and families accompanying a patient during medical treatment. Many of them say the separate living room and the kitchen are what make a long stay comfortable. You can extend your stay if the apartment is available, which helps when plans change.

Why Kadıköy

Kadıköy is the busiest neighbourhood on the Asian side and one of the most popular areas with expats. The market streets, cafés, bookshops and the seafront at Moda are all walkable from our building in Rasimpaşa. Ferries run to Eminönü and Karaköy, and the Marmaray rail line and metro connect you to both sides of the city. Sabiha Gökçen Airport is closer than Istanbul Airport, which is handy for frequent travellers.

Practical details

  • Check-in from 14:30, check-out until 11:00. Late arrivals are fine if you let us know.
  • There is no private parking; public car parks are nearby.
  • A baby cot is available on request.
  • Pricing is per apartment, so the rate is the same for two or four guests.
