Long-Stay Suite in Kadıköy: Living Like a Local for Weeks or Months

A long stay is different from a holiday. After the first week you stop sightseeing and start living: grocery runs, laundry, a regular café, a favourite walk. Kadıköy is one of the best places in Istanbul for that kind of daily life, and our serviced suites are set up for it.

Daily life around the apartment

Supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakeries and the Kadıköy market streets are all within walking distance of our building in Rasimpaşa. The weekly Tuesday market in Hasanpaşa is a short ride away for cheap fresh produce. Gyms, yoga studios, co-working spaces and language schools are spread throughout the district.

Our apartments

• Standard Suite, 55 m²: one bedroom, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen. Up to 4 guests.
• Deluxe Suite, 60 m²: king-size bed, newer furniture, open kitchen. Up to 4 guests.
• Superior Suite, 90 m²: two bedrooms, large living room, full kitchen. Up to 6 guests.

Every apartment has a kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, plus a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

Getting around

Kadıköy pier has ferries to the European side, the M4 metro runs east towards the business districts and Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and Marmaray rail crosses under the Bosphorus. Most long-stay guests buy an Istanbulkart in the first days and use public transport for everything.

What is included
