Suite in Kadıköy, Istanbul: Serviced Apartments on the Asian Side

Kadıköy is where many Istanbul locals choose to live, and it is a good base if you want more space than a hotel room and a neighbourhood that feels lived-in. We have rented serviced suites in Rasimpaşa, a short walk from Kadıköy ferry pier, since 2009. Here is what a suite with us looks like and who it suits.

What “suite” means here

Our suites are small apartments, not upgraded hotel rooms. Each has a separate bedroom, a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom. You can cook, do laundry and spread out, which matters on stays longer than a couple of nights. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are part of the service.

Our apartments

• Standard Suite, 55 m²: one bedroom, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen. Up to 4 guests.
• Deluxe Suite, 60 m²: king-size bed, newer furniture, open kitchen. Up to 4 guests.
• Superior Suite, 90 m²: two bedrooms, large living room, full kitchen. Up to 6 guests.

Every apartment has a kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, plus a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

Living in Kadıköy for a few days

The market streets behind the pier are full of bakeries, fishmongers, delis and small restaurants. Moda’s seafront park is a short walk away and is the place to watch the sunset over the old city. Ferries cross to Eminönü and Karaköy throughout the day, so Sultanahmet and Galata are easy to reach without staying in the busiest tourist areas.

Good to know before booking

• Check-in from 14:30, check-out until 11:00; late arrival is fine if you tell us.
• No breakfast service; you have your own kitchen.
• No private parking; there are public car parks nearby.
• Price is per apartment, the same for two or four guests.
